NDIS in Action
Following the success of our participant’s success in securing his NDIS plan with three times more than what he normally gets from ADHC, we were able to report how his plan worked out. It did involve a lot of our time, over the past two years, of strategy planning and effort.
So if NDIS is coming to your area in the next two years, you must start planning now. The meeting was started with Mr. Mark Clayton, General Manager of Sunnyfield who sacrificed his school holiday to come to explain how to complete their online planning tool (available on their website). He pointed out that Sunnyfield could help us for a range of support needs : therapy consultations, planning and support coordination, home care support, respite, disability employment, day program and group homes for NDIS clients.
